The CFO will serve as the Finance and Accounting Leader, responsible for SEC Reporting, internal controls, financial planning, and investor relations, while also leading the organization through the commercialization process.

Ideal candidate will have experience with SEC Reporting, implementing internal controls, financial planning and analysis as well as investor relations
CEO is looking for a candidate that can be hands-on yet has experience leading an organization through the commercialization process
Qualification
Required
Biotech/Pharmaceutical Industry Background A Must
CPA with Big 4 Public Accounting Pedigree
Strong technical accounting/SEC reporting experience
ERP Implementation/System Selection
