Educate individuals, families, and small business owners on supplemental insurance solutions
Conduct in-person and remote sales appointments
Participate in worksite and small business benefit enrollments
Build and manage your own book of business
Follow established sales processes, scripts, and compliance standards
Collaborate with leadership on case design and field strategy
Attend ongoing training sessions, team calls, and coaching meetings
Qualification
Required
Active Life & Health Insurance license required
Sales-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
Comfortable with in-person field sales and client-facing work
Self-motivated, organized, and coachable
Professional demeanor with a client-first approach
Preferred
Backgrounds in sales, benefits, HR, finance, real estate, or healthcare preferred
