Mentor and train technical staff to promote growth and excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
12+ years of relevant experience in residential and commercial land development
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
Expertise in stormwater management, grading, and site development design
Proficiency in Civil 3D and familiarity with local regulations
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
