Responsibilities

Build interfaces, tools, and infrastructure that help thousands of developers and enterprises use our models
Ship features to our open source repos, API, and internal tooling
Design and build frontend experiences that make document parsing interactive and understandable
Optimize inference performance and improve framework reliability
Engage with our community on Github and Discord - collect feedback, debug issues, and identify improvements
Work directly with customers on POCs, demos, and implementation support
Shape how people interact with OCR, extraction, and document-understanding systems across the full stack

Required

5+ years of Full Stack development experience building APIs and/or developer-focused products
Experience building in early-stage startup environments
Track record of shipping meaningful products supporting thousands of active users
Proven experience engaging with customers for feedback and iteration
Ability to thrive at the intersection of engineering, product, and user experience
Strong sense of autonomy and ownership with ability to move quickly

Preferred

Experience with document processing or developer tools would be a bonus
