Build high-performance video understanding systems and large-scale processing pipelines
Tackle ambiguous research problems with creative technical solutions
Optimize model performance through clever pre/post-processing, parallelism, and inference optimization
Work directly with customers and external teams to deliver end-to-end video intelligence products
Collaborate with leading AI video labs on cutting-edge applications
Qualification
Required
3+ years experience in computer vision or audio processing
Strong Python skills with PyTorch or similar ML frameworks
Excellent communication abilities, especially customer-facing
Clean, maintainable coding practices
Product-minded approach - you want to build complete solutions, not just train models
Preferred
Early startup experience is a plus
