Responsibilities
Collaborate with producers, designers, and stakeholders to understand project goals and creative requirements
Plan and execute video production and animation projects from concept through final delivery
Edit video footage and integrate motion graphics, illustrations, and animations into polished multimedia assets
Design and produce high-quality two-dimensional and three-dimensional animations for videos and presentations
Apply best practices in visual storytelling, including composition, color theory, typography, and layout
Ensure all deliverables meet established quality standards and visual guidelines
Maintain consistency and quality of multimedia content across platforms and devices
Stay current with emerging tools, techniques, and industry trends to enhance creative output
Support multimedia workflows, including software updates and plug-in management
Qualification
Required
Associate degree in film, multimedia design, animation, or a related field
Minimum three years of experience in video editing, animation, or multimedia design
Strong proficiency in video post-production and animation workflows
Advanced skills in Premiere and After Effects
Experience using three-dimensional animation tools such as Blender or Cinema Four D
Strong creative eye with attention to detail and visual aesthetics
Ability to manage deadlines independently in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as project needs require
Preferred
Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in film or multimedia disciplines
Experience supporting freelance or on-call creative production environments
