Development of vendor bid tabs and selection

Review and analyze project plans and specifications
Perform quantity take-off as directed
Preparation of discipline cost estimates
Assist in solicitation of subcontractor and supplier quotes to assure sufficient coverage of all scopes of work
Assist in schedule preparation and analysis
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience
Basic knowledge of construction documents, construction techniques, and equipment capabilities
5 Years of relevant experience
Knowledge of piping and mechanical take-offs
Manpower scheduling
High degree of accuracy with work product and calculations
Computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Oral and written communication skills
Preferred
engineering or construction management degree preferred
