Responsibilities
Architect and design scalable solution architectures aligned with enterprise standards and business objectives
Translate complex business needs into effective IT solutions and strategic roadmaps
Guide cross-functional teams through design, development, and deployment phases, ensuring architecture compliance and high-quality delivery
Oversee data modeling, migration, multi-cloud integration (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud), declarative automation, and environment management
Promote architecture governance, communicate technical concepts to stakeholders, and ensure thorough documentation and testing protocols
Ability to learn/use a wide variety of open-source technologies and tools
Experience in architecture consulting engagements as well as experience in submitting proactive proposals to grow the business
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
8-10 years of Solutions Architecture experience
5+ years of experience in Salesforce Architecture
Proven hands-on experience with data modeling, migration, multi-cloud integration (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud)
Proficiency with Salesforce technologies (APEX, Visualforce, Lightning/LWC, Force.com)
Demonstrated ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship across all phases of the project lifecycle
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a strategic and analytical approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and partners
Salesforce certifications in CDP/DataCloud, SFMC and SFSC
Solution Architect Certification (Any Cloud)
