Crown Fund is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Intern to join their dynamic team. This internship provides hands-on experience in various aspects of investment banking, including financial analysis, fundraising, deal structuring, and market research.

Non-profit Organization Management

Responsibilities

Financial Analysis & Valuation, Assisting in conducting financial modeling, company valuations, and preparing key performance reports

Market Research, Analyzing market trends, investment opportunities, and competitive landscapes to support decision-making

Deal Execution, Supporting the preparation of investment memoranda, pitch decks, and due diligence documentation

Fundraising Support, Assisting with fundraising activities, investor outreach, and maintaining investor databases

Investor Relations, Helping to manage relationships with venture capital firms, angel investors, and strategic partners

Training & Presentations, Contributing to the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and financial reports

Transaction Structuring, Gaining exposure to the deal structuring process, including equity financing, debt arrangements, and convertible securities

Operational Support, Assisting with the organization of client meetings, investment events, and liaising with potential investors

Research & Insight, Conducting research on the latest investment trends, financial technologies, and regulatory changes affecting the investment sector
