Responsibilities
The trainee will move between (3) different departments throughout the store
Online coursework from Berry University will include leadership and soft skills training
Identifying and spreading Bobcat of the Rockies culture will be emphasized
Successful completion of this position will prepare the trainee to be a staff member in any department with a predominant role in the parts department
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
Good customer service skills
Must be able to pass a drug screen
Physically able to operate construction equipment and forklifts
Physically able to work outdoors in all weather conditions and around fumes & loud noise
Occasionally lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 50-100 pounds and/or frequently lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling 20-50 pounds and/or continuous lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling 10-20 pounds
Regularly required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, grasp or pull and lift objects
Occasionally required to sit, climb, and balance, kneel, stoop, couch, and crawl
Consistently exposed to outside weather conditions, fumes, and loud noise
Preferred
Computer skills (i.e., Microsoft platform), and general soft skills are preferred
