Responsibilities

Facilitate scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review and sprint retrospectives
Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress
Manage each project’s scope and timeline
Ability to document and track business and solution requirements in a structured manner
Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions
Communicate project status, risks and issues to Company stakeholders
Work with a cross functional team to handle backlog and prioritize new requests
Track KPIs and ensure deliverables are up to the Company’s quality standards
Guide engineering teams to higher scrum maturity

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
3+ years of experience as a scrum master
Readiness for intensive and cooperative teamwork
Expert level experience in Agile/Scrum development processes
Strong reporting and technical writing skills and strong analytical skills
Experience gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional groups
Excellent communication skills (presentation, verbal, and written) and interpersonal skills
