Generate probabilistic forecasts on financial markets, instruments, and macroeconomic indicators
Document quantitative reasoning, models, and assumptions clearly and systematically
Analyze historical financial data and identify relevant signals across asset classes
Collaborate with other forecasters to calibrate and refine predictions
Contribute to improving forecasting methodologies and AI evaluation inputs
Qualification
Required
Background in quantitative finance, trading, economics, or data science
Experience with financial forecasting, trading strategies, or market modeling
Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Python, R, or Excel
Strong analytical thinking and written communication skills
Preferred
Participation in forecasting competitions (e.g., Numerai, QuantConnect) preferred
