Responsibilities

Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across the West and Canada region
Build and strengthen relationships with corporate clients, travel managers, agencies, and key decision-makers
Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and diligent follow-up
Lead and support RFP/RFI processes , navigating complex procurement with guidance from senior leadership when needed
Deliver compelling, tailored proposals and presentations that clearly articulate Blacklane’s value
Collaborate with Sales Operations, Product, and Operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfaction
Represent Blacklane at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and generate leads
Capture and share market insights, client feedback, and competitive intelligence to continuously refine sales strategy

Required

3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in travel, mobility, hospitality, or related service industries
A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets through consultative, solution-oriented selling
Strong pipeline management, negotiation, and closing skills
Proactive, results-driven, and equally comfortable hunting for new business and nurturing existing accounts
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
