Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for court filing and litigation-related products
Deeply understand court filing workflows, litigation lifecycles, and jurisdiction-specific rules
Convert legal, regulatory, and operational requirements into clear product specifications and user stories
Partner with Engineering, Design, QA, Legal Ops, and Customer Success to deliver high-quality releases
Define and track product success metrics (accuracy, turnaround time, adoption, customer satisfaction)
Prioritize roadmap items based on customer impact, regulatory urgency, and technical feasibility
Act as the subject-matter product owner during escalations, incidents, and complex customer cases
Monitor changes in court systems and filing regulations and proactively adapt product capabilities
Continuously improve the product using customer feedback, analytics, and market insights
Qualification
Required
3–10 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within LegalTech, RegTech, or regulated SaaS platforms
Strong understanding of court filing systems, litigation processes, or legal operations (direct or adjacent experience)
Experience managing rules-heavy, accuracy-critical workflows in software products
Proven ability to work with cross-functional agile teams
Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Exposure to US state or federal court filing systems
Experience working with law firms, legal service providers, or legal operations teams
Familiarity with compliance, auditability, and regulated product environments
Background in B2B SaaS platforms with high-volume transactions
Experience collaborating with global or distributed teams
