Entry, Mid LevelCEO Inc. is seeking a skilled technician to join their service team specializing in injection molding systems. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting, and maintaining injection molding machines while working closely with customers and other teams.

Responsibilities
Provide technical support including setup, maintenance, troubleshooting, optimization, and repair of injection molding machines, molds, robots, and other product handling equipment
Work directly with customers, call center, and spare parts teams to diagnose and resolve issues
Complete detailed work orders and reports
Travel regionally within Pennsylvania about 90% of the time (Monday through Friday) with occasional North American travel (up to 10%)
Some weekend work may be required
Qualification
Required
Minimum of a 2-year technical associate degree or diploma
Experience with injection molding equipment, including assembly, testing, and service
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
Strong troubleshooting skills across electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
Proficient with Windows-based computer applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to travel to Canada as needed
Preferred
Familiarity with Husky equipment is a plus
