Responsibilities
Ability to processes standard commercial, Seacoast Business Solutions, consumer, consumer real estate, and Seacoast Marine loans: Upload loans using computer systems or hand book if necessary. Balances and processes monetary transactions as needed. Perform necessary tracking. Performs all follow up activities required. Works closely with branch personnel to ensure accurate and timely booking of new loans
Provides support for users of loan systems/operations and coordinates with Team Leader to communicate system changes or problems to all areas of lending and customer service personnel affected. Reports perceived weaknesses and problems requiring attention to be addressed by management
Receives faxed/emailed requests for commercial loan revolving line draws, verifies availability of funds, and processes draws
Assists with the creation/testing of systems, procedures and reports to control, balance, and monitor the accuracy of the loan system database and general ledger accounts
Answers external customer and in-house inquiries regarding all Booking/Funding department functions keeping customer service a priority at all times. Researches problems, reverses payments as required; makes necessary corrections

High school graduate, some college preferred
Five or more years general banking experience, including a minimum of 3 years experience in Loan Booking and Funding functions with demonstrated knowledge of all types of commercial, consumer, and residential loan servicing functions and of accounting principles
Possess strong PC skills; Word and Excel, or equivalent
Ability to transfer skills to other software programs
