Responsibilities

Collaborate with Government technical teams to define technology strategies, development pipelines, tools, and procedures

Conduct scope analysis and plan delivery of future system enhancements

Assess Navy Enterprise systems and Enterprise Architecture for synergies and optimization opportunities

Recommend system, portfolio, and architectural improvements

Support technical analysis and design of Government-approved cloud hosting vendors

Develop cloud architectures and multi-cloud data interchange strategies

Provide expertise during system upgrades, migrations, testing, and remediation

Support performance and integration testing of new solutions

Deliver Information Assurance (IA) program management support in compliance with DoD and DON IA policies

Provide technical and project management support related to the Clinger-Cohen Act (CCA) of 1996, including IA requirements

Establish safeguards ensuring confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and non-repudiation of Government systems and data

Update technical documentation to reflect acquisition policy updates, engineering plans, and system lifecycle progression

Assist in preparation, review, and archival of Defense Business Systems (DBS) lifecycle products (DoD 5000 series, all BCAT levels)

Review program office plans to ensure full lifecycle coverage (planning through post-deployment)

Develop and update risk assessments, POA&Ms, and risk management tools

Analyze historical data and best practices to recommend mitigation strategies

Prepare senior-level technical presentations, meeting minutes, and correspondence

Assist in developing communication strategies for leadership, including stakeholder engagement, change management, and outreach

Provide SAP subject matter expertise, including system setup strategies, configurations, data loads, and role configuration

Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Process Activity Streams (PAS)

Deliver after-action reports and client environment strategies supporting innovation
