Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale infrastructure projects
Facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication and accountability among team members
Manage stakeholder expectations and report on project status, risks, and issues
Track project financials, including forecasting and providing accrual information
Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project completion
Qualification
Required
Infrastructure Project Management Experience (4+ years)
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Communication (4+ years)
Governance, Risk & Issue Management (4+ years)
Experience with network infrastructure upgrades (wireless and wired) and Real estate build outs
Agile practices experience
Proficient with Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) tools
At least 8 years of overall experience in project management
Strong background in large-scale, complex projects
Minimum of 4 years of specific experience in infrastructure project management
Proven track record of managing projects involving network upgrades and real estate build-outs
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to facilitate project meetings
Ability to hold team members accountable
Ability to accurately report project status
Collaborative mindset
Commitment to building strong relationships with both internal teams and external vendors
Analytical and strategic thinking
Comfortable with financial tracking and forecasting
Preferred
Resource management
Understanding of Network, Wintel & Cloud Infrastructure
Biopharmaceutical or biotechnology experience
Experience with high-growth stage companies
Agile CSM, PSM, or similar certification
PMP or Prince2 certification
