Assist in preparing detailed HVAC estimates for high-rise residential projects
Review project plans, specifications, and tender documents
Quantify materials, equipment, and labor requirements
Support senior estimators in pricing and bid preparation
Collaborate with the project team to ensure accuracy and efficiency of estimates
Maintain organized records of estimates and supporting documents
Qualification
Required
Basic understanding of HVAC systems, materials, and installation processes
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Proficiency with Excel
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Previous experience or internship in HVAC or mechanical estimating is a plus
Knowledge of estimating software is a bonus
