Responsibilities

Serving as the primary point of contact for borrowers after the initial consultation

Reviewing credit, income, assets, and overall loan structure to ensure accuracy and loan strength

Preparing and organizing files for pre-underwriting and conditional approval

Clearly communicating loan programs, documentation requirements, timelines, and next steps to borrowers

Managing an active pipeline and ensuring all contract contingencies and closing dates are met

Issuing and updating pre-approval letters

Delivering and explaining loan disclosure and re-disclosure packages

Partnering closely with the Senior Mortgage Banker & Team to ensure a seamless, high-touch client experience

Confidently retaining borrowers who may be shopping through consultative communication

Performing other duties as assigned
