Responsibilities
Lead and sustain the clients Environmental Management Program the Lehigh Valley area
Ensure regulatory compliance and manage permits for air quality, stormwater, wastewater, and SPCC/PPC programs
Oversee inspections, reporting, and environmental performance metrics
Design and support pollution control systems and maintain accurate environmental records
Liaise with regulatory agencies and maintain operational licenses (boilers, x-ray devices, elevators, groundwater wells)
Oversee sustainability initiatives, recycling programs, and vendor agreements
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Environmental, Chemical, or related Engineering field
7+ years of environmental compliance experience in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of PA DEP and EPA regulations (Air Quality, Stormwater, Wastewater, SPCC/PPC)
Experience with environmental sampling, monitoring, and permit compliance
Familiarity with EPCRA, RCRA, greenhouse gas reporting, and related programs
Ability to interpret lab reports; basic chemistry and biology knowledge
Willing to conduct regular facility visits
