Math Teacher and Professional Development Consultant
Long-View Micro School is seeking a Math Teacher and Professional Development Consultant to play a pivotal role in their educational environment. This role involves leading instruction, collaborating on curricular design, and providing professional development to K-8 teachers, while also contributing to the growth of The Number Lab.

Responsibilities
Lead instruction of one band of learners
Collaborate with team on curricular design and content creation goals
Collect data to track growth of learners; analyze and report as per Long-View’s assessment process
Participate in daily activities associated with running the school
Lead small instructional groups, before or after school
Lead workshops and PD experiences
Create content in support of organizational goals

Strong math content knowledge

Preferred
High degree of knowledge in mathematics content (ideally, confident teaching Algebra 1 and 2 and Geometry)
Experience leading professional development
