Responsibilities
Analyze incidents raised by users as tickets and/or any other support channel. Perform root cause analysis and investigate solutions. Inform users regarding resolution
Participate in all project lifecycle phases (Requirements Gathering and Analysis, Design, Development, Testing, Deployment and Support) for IT initiatives
Work with business process owners to ensure business process design and supporting SAP configuration and developments are in line with the business needs
Participate in testing activities of configuration changes and new development including creating test scenarios, executing unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing
Support developers during the development process to ensure cohesive functional and technical design
Provide post go-live Production Support to business users after release of configuration change and enhancements
Qualification
Required
5+ years of combined business experience in SAP Materials Management/Procure to Pay, and Logistics
3 years' experience in SAP Materials Management including Master Data, Pricing Conditions and Schema, Purchase Info Records Purchase Orders, Inbound Deliveries, Shipments, Inventory and Warehouse Management
Experience working with IS: Retail, Apparel Footwear Solution (AFS) or Fashion Management Solution (FMS), experience with S/4 is a plus
Experience in logistics and warehousing processes of SAP is a plus
High level of quality while working under pressure and deadlines
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing across all levels of the organization
Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on an existing suite of complex applications
Experience working with third-party systems integrated with SAP
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or other related field required
