Design and scale outbound sourcing pipelines to engage domain experts for AI training projects

Oversee structured vetting of technical profiles using AI interviewer signals, resumes, GitHub, publications, and custom rubrics

Own funnel-level metrics (sourcing → response → interview → assessment → placement) and drive data-backed improvements

Build and maintain dashboards; run A/B tests to improve conversion and time-to-fill

Manage end-to-end assessment strategy with repeatable, auditable processes

Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, timely project outcomes

Onboard experts, set expectations, and align deliverables with client success criteria

Improve processes through automation and operational efficiencies
