Responsibilities

The overall objective of this position is to ensure compliance with all applicable state and local tax requirements while minimizing the sales and use tax burden for the Company

This role in a 100% onsite presence at the Atlanta Location

Responsible for Sales Tax Treatment guidance in an Equipment Finance Industry

Ensure that documentation is captured and meets Tax Department standards and requirements

Provide support for audits as needed

Review the accuracy & completion of appropriate sales tax exemption certificates

Provide guidance and support on streamlining sales and use processes through technology improvements (a plus)
