Responsibilities
Partner with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements
Conduct analysis to identify process inefficiencies and propose actionable improvements
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including workflows, process maps, and user stories
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are translated into effective solutions
Support project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery
Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and feedback cycles to refine deliverables
Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and consulting
Qualification
Required
Master's degree
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and process mapping tools
Familiarity with business analysis frameworks and project methodologies like Agile or Waterfall
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
Candidates must have U.S. work authorization
Preferred
Internship or hands-on experience in business analysis or consulting
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Power BI is a plus
Basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts is advantageous
