Responsibilities
Lead and support the Defective Return Part Analysis process, including issue replication and hardware/software root cause investigations
Manage OEM Change Point Control processes for assigned customers
Conduct warranty claims analysis, categorize issues, and perform data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements
Report quality status to internal stakeholders and external customers
Standardize documentation and workflow processes to improve efficiency and consistency
Ensure timely and compliant submission of customer-required documentation
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
3+ years of experience in automotive electronics (ECU testing and system-level integration)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Technical knowledge in automotive electronics
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) at an advanced level
Knowledge of statistics and problem-solving tools (Minitab, Power BI, Six Sigma, 8D, etc.)
Experience with or knowledge of large production lines, Control Plans, PFMEAs, and process control
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to once per week as needed
Ability to manage small sample shipments received weekly (typically 1–3 lb samples packaged in 2–3 boxes weighing approximately 5–10 lbs each)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
