Identify business processes suitable for automation and AI solutions
Analyze current workflows and define future-state processes
Gather and document functional and technical requirements
Create user stories and automation specifications
Work with business, IT, and automation teams
Support solution design and implementation
Track automation performance and business benefits
Support UAT and post-implementation activities
Work with Agile methodologies and automation tools
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field
Minimum 2 years of Business Analyst experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Preferred
Exposure to AI, RPA, or automation concepts preferred
