NEOGOV is seeking a motivated individual to join the Michigan Civil Service Commission’s MI HR Service Center as a Senior Human Resources Customer Service Representative. The role involves monitoring HRMN system reports, resolving customer inquiries, and processing complex HR transactions.

Responsibilities

Monitoring and processing HRMN system reports
Reviewing document compliance termination reports
Utilizing insurance carrier portals and secure sites to research and resolve insurance coverage issues
Initiating and resolving provider update issues reported by customers
Processing complex transactions related to net/gross pay adjustments, divorce, and COBRA service requests
Acting as a lead worker to assist HR CSRs in interpreting and resolving escalated or complex customer inquiries
Processing benefit, payroll, and wage assignment documents in the HRMN, DTS, and Content Manager systems

Required

At least four years of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment
A background in human resources or benefit transactions, with experience using contact center software to manage customer inquiries and cases
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education acquired through completion of high school
