Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven paid media campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, YouTube) and Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram)
Manage and mentor 1–2 paid media specialists, ensuring campaign quality and best practices
Collaborate closely with strategy and cross-functional teams to align paid media efforts with client business goals
Analyze campaign performance data and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI, efficiency, and scalability
Own client communication, including performance reporting, optimization recommendations, and regular updates
Stay current with emerging paid media trends, tools, platform updates, and industry best practices
Qualification
Required
5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads / Search Ads 360 and Meta Ads Manager
Strong expertise in SEM, paid social, and performance marketing
Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies
Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Preferred
Agency experience is highly preferred
