Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and support 834 and CSV file feeds for benefits enrollment, payroll, and HRIS data exchanges

Partner with IT and HR teams to ensure smooth data flow between UKG and third-party systems

Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve integration and system issues

Ensure compliance with HR, payroll, and benefits regulations

Maintain data security and system integrity following best practices

Work closely with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to understand requirements and deliver effective system configurations

Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements, upgrades, and new integrations

Create detailed documentation for system configurations and processes

Provide training and knowledge transfer to HR and Payroll users as needed
