Responsibilities
Lead large-scale healthcare mechanical projects from planning through final completion
Manage budgets, schedules, submittals, RFIs, and change orders
Provide leadership and mentorship to project engineers and field teams
Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project success
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and healthcare-specific construction standards
Qualification
Required
8–10+ years of project management experience in mechanical construction (MEP/HVAC focus)
Proven experience on large healthcare, hospital, or mission-critical projects
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Ability to travel nationally and manage long-term assignments effectively
Preferred
Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project)
