10+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud implementation & support
5+ years of Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
5+ years of Oracle Absence Management
Strong experience in process mapping, functional design, and client discussions
Hands-on with HCM Data Loader (HDL)
Experience with HCM Extracts, BI Reporting
Working knowledge of Fast Formula & Visual Builder Studio (VBS)
Good understanding of Global HR, Payroll, and Security
Experience with integrations, data migration, and testing strategy
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Team handling experience (5+ members)
