Senior Vice President
Confidencial is seeking a Senior Vice President (SVP) to join their executive leadership team. The SVP will lead major business functions, drive sustainable growth, and partner with senior executives on strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to corporate strategy and long-term business planning
Lead and oversee one or more major business functions, divisions, or regions
Translate corporate and board-level strategy into executable plans and measurable outcomes
Drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and organizational effectiveness
Partner closely with the CEO, President, COO, CFO, and other senior executives on strategic initiatives and transformation programs
Establish governance frameworks, performance management systems, and executive-level KPIs
Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation within scope of responsibility
Identify business risks, market opportunities, and growth initiatives; lead mitigation and expansion strategies
Build, mentor, and develop senior leadership teams, ensuring succession planning and leadership continuity
Represent the company externally with key partners, investors, regulators, and stakeholders as required
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred
5–8+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior executive roles
Proven track record of leading complex organizations, divisions, or large-scale business operations
Strong strategic, financial, and commercial acumen with enterprise-level decision-making capability
Exceptional executive presence, leadership influence, and communication skills
Experience driving growth, transformation, and change management initiatives
Ability to operate effectively in board-level, investor-facing, and highly regulated environments
Preferred
MBA preferred
Industry experience relevant to the company's business is a strong advantage
