Account Executive
Clarity Recruiting is representing a hyper-growth startup that is scaling rapidly and focused on building mission-critical infrastructure for software companies. They are seeking an entrepreneurial Account Executive to own the full sales cycle and help transition the company from $1M to $10M+ ARR while navigating technical conversations with industry leaders.

Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Ownership: You won’t just be a "cog in the machine." You will own the full sales cycle—from strategic prospecting and outbound to closing and managing high-value renewals
Technical Complexity: You will navigate high-level technical conversations with CTOs, VPs of Engineering, and Product Leaders at some of the world’s fastest-growing tech companies
Process Architecture: As an early member of a team of <20, you will help design the sales playbook, influence the product roadmap, and define the company’s go-to-market strategy
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience as an Account Executive, successfully closing SaaS deals with $10K+ ACVs
Strong understanding of APIs and SDKs
Proficiency in (or a desire to work with) HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
Comfortable moving fast, shipping often, and operating with high autonomy
