Responsibilities
Manage and execute commercial HVAC projects from start to finish
Oversee project budgets, schedules, and cost control to ensure profitability
Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, and internal teams
Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documents
Ensure compliance with mechanical codes, safety standards, and project specifications
Communicate regularly with owners, engineers, general contractors, and internal leadership
Lead project meetings and provide timely progress reports
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as an HVAC Project Manager in commercial or institutional construction
Proven knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical codes, and construction best practices
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Preferred
Experience managing projects in healthcare, higher education, government, or large commercial sectors preferred
Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar software tools
