Responsibilities

Complete client intakes and support new admissions during overnight hours

Supervise and monitor clients throughout the night to ensure safety and program compliance

Conduct regular rounds and document client observations accurately

Observe and document client self-administration of medication as applicable

Maintain comprehensive client records and required documentation

Provide assistance with client needs, including dietary or housekeeping support

Respond appropriately to client behavioral or emotional crises, including crisis intervention when necessary

Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment in compliance with facility standards

Provide transportation for clients when needed

Uphold therapeutic boundaries and professional ethics at all times

Complete all required trainings and participate in staff development

Perform other related duties as assigned
