You will shadow and support a Mortgage Underwriter on live loan files
Learn how to analyze credit income assets and appraisals
Review loan documentation for completeness accuracy and guideline alignment
Assist with underwriting conditions and loan structuring
Gain exposure to self employed borrower scenarios
Communicate with processors and loan officers to understand deal flow and decision making
Develop strong underwriting judgment not just rule following
Qualification
Required
