Business Systems Lead

Belle is a fast-growing telehealth company helping patients access medically supervised weight loss programs. They are seeking a Business Systems Lead to own and improve the systems, data, and workflows essential for operational efficiency.

Government Administration

Responsibilities

Identify gaps in how we operate and build solutions—whether that's a new tool, a better process, or a Make/Zapier/n8n flow that saves 10 hours a week
Create and maintain SOPs so institutional knowledge doesn't live in people's heads
Be the person who knows how our systems actually work (and why)
Build dashboards and reports that help leadership make decisions
Wrangle patient data, marketing data, and operational metrics into something useful
Spot trends and problems in the data before they become crises
Own the evaluation, setup, and optimization of software tools across the business
Make systems talk to each other—integrations, automations, data flows
Be the go-to person when someone asks 'can we make this do X?'
Jump into whatever needs brainpower—patient ops, marketing support, customer service overflow
Work across teams to diagnose bottlenecks and implement fixes
Operate as an internal consultant who gets things done, not just advises

Required

You've owned operational problems before—not just worked on them—and you can point to what you built or fixed
You're analytically sharp: comfortable with data, spreadsheets, and turning messy information into clear insights
You learn new software fast and enjoy figuring out how things work
You're self-directed—you don't wait for instructions when you see something broken
You write clearly and communicate well across teams
You thrive in ambiguity and can context-switch without losing the thread

Preferred

You've built systems or processes from scratch—not just followed existing ones
You can show examples of problems you identified and solved on your own initiative
You think in terms of leverage: 'how do I solve this once, not every time?'
You're energized by early-stage environments where your impact is visible
Healthcare experience (though it's a plus)
