Business Development Manager

Own the hunt: Cold call, network, and prospect relentlessly to generate new business opportunities nationwide
Close fast: Learn our services quickly and move from introduction to signed deal without hesitation
Follow through: Work with leadership and operations to ensure smooth handoffs and successful launches
Stay sharp: Keep your pipeline full, your proposals competitive, and your close rate climbing
Represent the brand: Attend key events, trade shows, and industry opportunities to keep our name top-of-mind
Qualification
Required
Active Interim Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain DoD Security Clearance)
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3–5 years of B2B sales experience
A willingness to travel nationally as leads and opportunities dictate
Strong sales and prospecting skills with a results-driven mindset
CRM discipline and pipeline management
Confidence with in-person or digital presentations
An understanding of business cost structure, income statements, and pricing strategy
Wage analysis and competitive pricing experience
Advanced Excel skills in data analysis/reporting
Strong business writing and bid response preparation
Developing and executing sales strategies
Preferred
Candidates in the Dallas/Fort Worth, TX area preferred
U.S. citizenship preferred
