Infoorigin Inc is seeking a highly skilled UKG Expert with expertise in UKG Pro, Ready, and Dimensions. The role involves designing, configuring, and maintaining UKG systems to support workforce management and benefits administration.

Responsibilities
Configure, maintain, and optimize UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and UKG Dimensions to align with business needs
Design and implement benefit plans, payroll configurations, and timekeeping policies within UKG systems
Develop and maintain 834 and CSV file feeds for benefits enrollment, payroll, and other HRIS-related data exchanges
Collaborate with IT and HR teams to ensure smooth data flow between UKG and third-party systems, resolving integration issues as needed
Ensure compliance with HR, payroll, and benefits regulations while maintaining data security best practices
Work closely with HR, Payroll, and Benefits teams to understand business needs and configure UKG systems accordingly
Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for system changes, enhancements, and new integrations
Create detailed documentation on system configurations, processes, and best practices; provide training to HR and Payroll teams as required
Qualification
Required
3+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro, UKG Ready, and UKG Dimensions
Strong expertise in Plan Build, Plan Configuration, and Benefits Administration
Experience working with 834 file formats, CSV data feeds, and HRIS integrations
Solid understanding of payroll processing, timekeeping, and workforce management systems
Ability to analyze complex HR and payroll processes and provide system solutions
Proficiency in troubleshooting system issues and coordinating with UKG support
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Experience working in cross-functional teams with HR, IT, and Payroll departments
Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Preferred
Experience with SQL, APIs, or middleware for system integrations
Knowledge of ACA, COBRA, and other benefits-related compliance requirements
Previous experience in an HRIS Analyst or Payroll Systems Administrator role
