They are seeking a Client Services Manager to oversee relationships with these facilities, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities
Schedule and perform routine visits to assigned facilities
Respond in a professional and timely manner to inquiries from client facilities
Ability to relate to client needs
Work with pharmacy staff to obtain information to share with client facilities and to solve client facility issues
Perform audits of medication and treatment carts for survey preparation
Audit antibiotics/PO/IV and back-up boxes to ensure proper par levels are maintained and medications are not expired
Audit emergency boxes to ensure proper seal(s) are placed and medications are not expired
Develop and maintain relationships with Administrators and Director of Nursing of client facilities to facilitate position responsibilities
Qualification
Required
Must be local to the surrounding areas of Omaha, Nebraska
Extensive knowledge of health care procedures
Ability to make quick decisions, establish priorities and concentrate on detailed information
Driven and motivated problem-solver
Ability to work independently and team player
Good organizational and interpersonal skills
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
Willing to drive long distances in the State of Nebraska
Preferred
LPN Nebraska License
Long Term Care Pharmacy experience
