They are seeking a Software Implementation Specialist to ensure seamless integration and adoption of their ERP solutions, engaging with customers to understand their needs and delivering exceptional support throughout the implementation process.

Responsibilities
Lead requirements-gathering sessions to understand customer needs and business processes
Provide top-notch customer service to large and strategic customers
Support customers through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and go-live activities
Deliver training sessions for both trainers and end users, ensuring successful software adoption
Interface with customers at all levels
Participate in customer meetings and sales events
Configure and build the iRely Store Suite to align with customer requirements
Execute project tasks in collaboration with project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope
Provide on-site and remote support during escalations, go-live, and post-go-live phases
Follow established implementation standards set by the Professional Services Organization (PSO)
Assess and resolve complex project challenges, focusing on quality-driven solutions
Maintain an average of 75% utilization on billable projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in software product implementation, Preferably ERP or SaaS Software
A strong background in financial systems, applications including, General Ledger, Accounting Principles
Coding Time and Material
Experienced in Testing, Configuration, Training
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel as needed to support customer projects
Travel up to 40%
Preferred
Experience in the Retail Domains a plus
Familiarity with ERP platforms such as SAP, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, or other
