Client Success Representative - Renewals Specialist
Accordant Company is seeking a Client Success Representative - Renewals Specialist to foster strong relationships with clients and manage inquiries regarding product renewals. The role involves generating quotes, collaborating with the sales team, and assisting clients in making informed decisions about their software subscriptions.
Responsibilities
Generate and review renewal and expansion quotes with clients; respond to related questions or concerns
Cultivate client relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and work directly with CSM sales team members to expand their current subscription
Collaborate cross-functionally to align client feedback with ongoing client needs and initiatives
Assist clients in making informed decisions about their software subscriptions
Qualification
Required
1+ yr of experience completing Sage Intacct, Sage 100 Contractor renewals
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
1+ year of experience ensuring software subscription renewals
1+ year of experience driving revenue through upselling and subscription expansion
1+ year of experience in a client experience or customer service role
Previous experience working in Salesforce
Strong communication and presentation skills across organizational levels, including the C-suite
Ability to navigate ambiguity and improve processes for efficiency
Preferred
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
Previous experience creating new processes & procedures
Project management or strategic planning background
