Responsibilities

Generate and review renewal and expansion quotes with clients; respond to related questions or concerns
Cultivate client relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and work directly with CSM sales team members to expand their current subscription
Collaborate cross-functionally to align client feedback with ongoing client needs and initiatives
Assist clients in making informed decisions about their software subscriptions

Qualification

Sage IntacctSalesforceClient experienceUpsellingOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsProject management

Required

1+ yr of experience completing Sage Intacct, Sage 100 Contractor renewals
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
1+ year of experience ensuring software subscription renewals
1+ year of experience driving revenue through upselling and subscription expansion
1+ year of experience in a client experience or customer service role
Previous experience working in Salesforce
Strong communication and presentation skills across organizational levels, including the C-suite
Ability to navigate ambiguity and improve processes for efficiency

Preferred

Proficiency with Salesforce CRM
Previous experience creating new processes & procedures
Project management or strategic planning background
