Manage sales activities for Class B recycling and disposal services
Build and maintain client relationships
Generate leads and develop new business opportunities
Deliver tailored sales presentations to potential clients
Identify customer needs and ensure excellent customer service
Coordinate with the operations team
Meet sales targets set by the organization
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Sales Presentations and the ability to craft compelling proposals tailored to client needs
Relationship Building skills to establish and maintain long-term client partnerships
Strong Customer Service skills to address client concerns and deliver exceptional experiences
Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members
Experience in New Business Development, including identifying opportunities and fostering growth for the company
Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet assigned sales targets
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site client visits
Preferred
Experience in the recycling, construction, or environmental sector is a plus
