Corporate Recruiter
East 57th Street Partners is a growing professional services organization seeking a Junior Corporate Recruiter to support hiring across key corporate functions. The role involves sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates while providing a positive candidate experience and developing skills for future growth in recruiting.
Responsibilities
Support recruiting efforts for entry-level through mid-level corporate roles
Assist with job postings, resume review, and candidate pipeline management
Schedule and coordinate interviews across hiring managers and candidates
Conduct initial phone screens and candidate outreach under guidance
Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and internal databases
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
Support passive candidate outreach and follow-up efforts
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process
Maintain timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate candidate tracking within the ATS
Assist with recruiting metrics such as pipeline activity and time-to-fill
Support process improvement initiatives as the recruiting function scales
Represent the company professionally in all candidate interactions
Ensure consistent follow-up, feedback, and communication
Support employer branding and recruiting initiatives as needed
Qualification
Required
0–2 years of recruiting, HR, or talent coordination experience (internships or contract experience welcome)
Strong interest in corporate recruiting and talent acquisition
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable working in-office and collaborating closely with a team
Preferred
Exposure to Accounting, Finance, IT, or Operations roles is a plus but not required
