Responsibilities
Facilitation: Lead Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives)
Coaching: Mentor team and Product Owner on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and self-organization
Impediment Removal: Identify and resolve blockers impacting team progress
Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement and Agile adoption within the team
Communication: Act as a liaison between the team and external stakeholders to ensure transparency
Shielding: Protect the team from external distractions and interruptions
Backlog Support: Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and refine the product backlog
Qualification
Required
8 to 10 years as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
Strong knowledge of Scrum and Agile methodologies
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Preferred
Banking domain knowledge is a plus
