CertaPro Painters is looking for a Commercial Sales Associate who is organized and ready to build relationships with clients needing painting services. The role involves proactively developing commercial relationships, responding to leads, and generating estimates for prospective clients.

Responsibilities

Proactively develop and nurture commercial relationships by identifying and connecting with decision makers in our region

Respond to some inbound leads from commercial clients and prospects

Build rapport naturally – whether on the phone, over coffee, or at a job site

Respond quickly, follow up, and move with urgency

Generate painting estimates for prospective commercial clients (using our software)

Bring a service-first mindset – we treat clients the way we’d want to be treated
