Responsibilities
Be a key member of Gong’s Frontend Guild, working alongside talented frontend engineers from across the company
Build and own high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly frontend features, from idea to production
Collaborate with product and UX partners from wireframes through implementation
Take part in architecture huddles and help define how we build for scale and speed
Keep growing your skills with access to internal workshops, external guest speakers, and dedicated learning time
Help us turn big product ideas into polished, high-performance SaaS experiences
Qualification
Required
A degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
5+ years building modern web applications
A strong sense of ownership — you care about quality, performance, and user experience
Deep knowledge of JavaScript and professional experience with React
Experience building cloud-based applications that scale
A solid understanding of design systems and reusable components
You're a fast learner, self-motivated, and excited to collaborate in a high-performing team
Preferred
Bonus: familiarity with backend languages like Java, Node.js, or C#
