Responsibilities
Conducting research to find candidates for live vacancies using job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases
Screening and qualifying candidates through phone calls and video interviews
Building relationships with top talent across analytics, data science, and data engineering
Writing compelling job adverts to attract candidates
Supporting recruiters in coordinating interviews and managing the candidate experience end-to-end
Working toward individual and team targets — success in this role will be measured by your placements and pipeline strength
